These terms apply to Kandy’s Corner, a private, non-commercial family communication site and text-message program created and operated by Joshua Watson.
Approved use
The site is for approved family and friends. Access may be denied or revoked when necessary to protect Kandy or the community. Visitors must provide accurate information and must not attempt to access another person’s account.
Respect and privacy
Do not copy, screenshot, forward, or repost private content without Kandy’s permission. Messages may be moderated or removed. The site’s public Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Kandy’s Corner text-message program
People who check the optional, unchecked text-consent box on the public Request Access form agree to receive recurring Kandy’s Corner invitation and family-update notifications from Joshua Watson through (317) 779-1497. Texts announce that an invitation or family update is available; private or medical details are not included in the message.
Message frequency varies and will not exceed 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Notification consent is optional and is not required to request or receive access to the family site.
Opt out and support
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Kandy’s Corner text messages. Reply HELP for help, or email jwatson@thinksynergy.biz. After opting out, a person may receive one confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability and changes
The family site and its messaging program may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. These terms may be updated as the service changes, and the effective date above will be revised for material updates.
Not medical care
Kandy’s Corner is a family communication tool, not a healthcare provider, HIPAA-compliant medical system, or emergency service. Contact the appropriate healthcare provider or emergency service when medical assistance is needed.
